Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.
    • Certain items, like perishable goods, custom products, or sale items, are not eligible for returns.
  2. Return Window:

    • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
  3. Process:

    • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Refunds

  1. Inspection:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Issuance:

    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at wildwellness2024@gmail.com with details of the issue and your order number.
